Hey everyone! It has been so long since I last updated all of you on what life has been like on the mission field. When we moved to Santiago, Dominican Republic, my intention was to write as many blogs as possible to keep all of you updated on how God was moving in the communities here. But, with the ministry and schedule we had, I personally was unable to keep up. To be completely transparent with you all, the Dominican was the most challenging AND fulfilling season of my life. The Lord taught me so many beautiful things in the 2 months we lived there, and I am super grateful I was able to finish World Race Gap Year in this country, where my love for missions 2 years ago, began.

Mission of Hope staff, translators, volunteers, the people of Santiago, and the pastors we partnered up with, thank you x100. Being able to meet you all, work alongside all of you, live with you, do life with you, and all the things in between, I will forever hold close to my heart! To everyone I met, I love you so much and miss you already!

Even though I wasn’t able to write much about the Dominican Republic, I have so many stories and testimonies from ministry that I would LOVE to share with you all. Feel free to email me any questions you may have or if you’d like to sit down and talk, email me about that too!

Since I didn’t write any blogs in the DR, I was on the phone with my sweet teammate, Gretchen, earlier today, and she gave me permission to share some of the blogs she wrote instead! Gretchen has the biggest heart and loves people SO WELL and shared so many beautiful testimonies while on the mission field. Click the links below to read!

Lastly, I just wanted to apologize for not doing a better job at sharing all these incredible stories from ministry in the DR. But please reach out if you’d like to hear these testimonies! I would be more than happy to sit down with you over the phone and answer all your questions and fill you in on all the amazing families I met in Santiago.

Thank you all for your prayers, support, and love! Love you all so much!!
